Vertigo(1958)

This morning I watched Vertigo with James Stewart and Kim Novak. Stewart is a former police officer who's terrified of heights, of course this comes into play in the story. A friend of Stewart's hires him to follow and observe his wife Ms Novak, who's been acting strangely. Not only is it a good mystery, it's a chilling study of obsession. A good change of pace for Stewart. There's also a great trippy sequence. Fascinating and worth several viewings.
